The Marin Schools Insurance Authority Board of Directors met on May 6, 2010 at the offices of the Marin County Office of Education. At that meeting, the Nominating Committee recommended a Slate of Officers and Management Committee members for the 2009 – 2010 program year. The Board of Directors of MSIA typically meet four times annually and are supported by the work of the Management Committee who meet five to six times annually. The Nominating Committee presented the same Slate of Officers as for the 2009 – 2010 program year, citing the positive direction of MSIA and the importance of continuity in the coming year to carry out the current Strategic Plan. The Nominating Committee considered the demographics of the membership in establishing the recommended Slate for the Management Committee, presenting members that are diverse in district size, location and program participation.
